The company makes a wide range of modern bright bottle sealing and decorating closures for winemakers: champagne foils of aluminium and laminates to top off sparkling wine bottles and PVC shrink capsules to dress off any wine or brandy bottle for that finished look.
We were the first to offer full-colour printing on decorative capsules and we have been the best in quality ever since. The materials we make come in more than 300 colours.

Bottle decoration has always been given a great deal of attention at TECHNOLOGIA, so it was a logical step to take expanding in that direction and bringing new production processes to a commercial level - first making labels for still and sparkling wines and other beverages,then for the entire food market and then for a much wider non-food market. Our up-to-date Nilpeter and MPS narrow-web presses gives us the versatility we need to be competitive in label making and also give our customers great flexibility. The operators and technicians have been trained at a leading German printing house. The in-house design studio takes an active part in developing new logos, creating novel designs to be printed. The stock we print on includes various plastic films, paper- and film-backed self adhesive materials, including heat-sensitive ones, multi-layer films, foils and laminates.
ZAT TECHNOLOGIA creates a wide range of laminates constructed by uniting two or more layers of material together. If required the material can be embossed, foil stamped or printed using flexography or screen printing with UV (cured) inks.
